When we decided to build Westminster at Lake Ridge, a Continuing Care Retirement Community for seniors 62+, we considered several other locations before choosing our suburban Washington metropolitan location adjacent to the historic riverside town of Occoquan. We were struck by its natural aesthetic beauty and serene atmosphere.  Located on 62 wooded acres with tall trees and two beautiful ponds, wooded views, and trails that extend to the Occoquan River, the setting is very special.
